Unwind with Cary of Harmony Yoga Studios as she guides us through beginner’s evening yoga. Stretch and transition from your busy day to a calm, restful night. This hour-long yoga practice will focus on relaxing, grounded postures that will be done primarily on the floor in seated and kneeling positions. To close out the hour, there will be a 15-minute guided meditation that will connect us to our breath and our bodies.
