Join yoga instructor, Michael Borsich, for an informational session covering the history of yoga, benefits of routine yoga practice, breathing techniques, gratitude practice, and a review of most common asanas (poses). Following the discussion, 30 minutes will be dedicated to an organized yoga flow practice, which will include a variety of poses that benefit back, shoulders, hips, legs, arms, etc. Participants should avoid eating a big meal within 4 hours of the event, and are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or large towel.
